We prepare every form, statement and piece of supporting evidence, and lodge the application with the Department. Your file is complete on the day it goes in.
We run it to a decision
We manage Department correspondence, bridging visas and any further requests, through to the decision. If something goes wrong, we can act on a review.
Zest Legal is an independent law firm, not a document service.
We give legal advice, prepare and lodge your visa application, and represent you if things go wrong. We do not obtain government documents for you - passports, birth certificates and police checks are issued by the relevant authorities. The Department of Home Affairs decides every application.
